WHY LANDER LAW?
Steven Lander is a co-founder of the firm. Mr. Lander primarily represents seriously injured persons injured due to the negligence of others. He is a highly regarded litigator who also aggressively represents insureds whose carrier has wrongfully denied a claim. After eleven years of practice, he has been lead counsel in over 8,000 cases, giving him significant trial experience from the claims process through verdict.
Mr. Lander earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Stony Brook University in New York. He received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School in 1995. While attending Nova Law School Mr. Lander represented Nova Law School in State Moot Court competitions and State Trial advocacy competitions.
Mr. Lander is a member of the Florida Bar, Federal Bar, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Steven Lander lives in Plantation, Florida, with his wife Randi and their two children.
ERIC J. GOLDMAN
Eric J. Goldman is licensed to practice law in Florida and in most Federal Courts and received his law degree from Nova South Eastern Sheppard Broad Law School. He attended undergraduate school at the University of Alabama. Eric J. Goldman is devoted to representing the interests of its clients in the areas of Real Estate and Personal Injury. I have many years of experience practicing in the areas of and understanding the ever developing issues in the below fields. Eric J. Goldman’s area of focus within his practice pertains to real estate transactions and related litigation as well as landlord-tenant law and personal injury applicable in Florida. His clientele includes individuals, small business owners, sole proprietors, midsize companies, and start-up businesses assisting his clients in addressing the following needs:
